GOVERNMENT SERVICES DIVISION FIELD OPERATIONS COMPLIANCE STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES
Starside not only ensures the safety of our government clients, we also ensure the accurate and timely keeping of records. All records are stored in secure file cabinets in one of our regional offices (Boulder, CO, Chicago, Il, Phoenix, AZ, San Diego, CA or NYC), after being scanned and forwarded to our corporate headquarters in Diamond Bar, CA and stored in 128 bit encrypted password protected files in a controlled environment (Top Secret and Secret Account information are to be delivered via Armed Security Officer dual custody) . Government security officers are trained to keep meticulous records; these records are either provided to the client (or Government Law Enforcement) at a pre-determined schedule, or as requested by the Government
The records include but are not limited to:
• Daily Activity Reports
Reviewed by Patrol Supervisor, Project Manager and Arizona Area Manager and kept
at Starside’s closest regional office for 5 years locked in a secure file cabinet for client review in
• Daily time sheets of Security Officers
Reviewed by Project Manager and Starside Human Resources.
• Daily Mileage, with weekly or monthly summary
Reviewed by Patrol Supervisor, and Project Manager
• Training for each security officer, Basic Training, annual refresher training and site specific training
Reviewed by Starside’s Project Manager, Starside’s Head of Training Mr John Lee and Starside Trainer Mr. George Florer and Starside’s Armorer (for armed officers).
• Daily Activity Logs
Reviewed by a Patrol Supervisor, Project Manager, Starside Corporate Office and Regional Manager.
• Suspicious Activity Reports.
Reviewed by Patrol Supervisor, Law Enforcement Liaison, Governmet Services Manager Mr Bley Hamilton, Tactical Operations Center which will conduct a threat assessment. Threat Assessment is provided to the Project Manager and Regional Manager, COO and CEO.
